The feature is built directly into the Claude Desktop app and gives users the ability to select a folder where Claude can read, edit, and organize documents using simple chat instructions.
With Anthropic Cowork, users no longer need command lines, scripts, or special technical setups. The tool is currently available in research preview for Max subscribers, while users on other plans can sign up for early access.
